What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team at support: sat20der@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-8 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
